MHT-CET 2017 Admission process step by step Guide

MH CET is organized by DTE Maharashtra for admissions in various undergraduate and post graduate courses in Maharashtra. Based upon the courses four different exams are conducted under MH CET- MHT for B.E/B. Tech /B. Pharm/Pharm.D, MAHCET for MBA, MH CET law for LLB and LLM and MAH MCA CET for MCA.
Know More About MHT CET 2017 Click Here The application process of MHT CET is ongoing. Candidates can apply online on DTE Maharashtra official website. The last date to apply for MHT CET is March 23, 2017. MAH CET application process is closed now. It began on January 21, 2017.

Steps for MHT CET 2017 Registration
The applicants will have to fill the required details and register themselves for the MHT CET allotment session.

 

Step 1: Registration and Filling of the Form

• Click on the provided link to access MHT CET Application Form 2017

• Go to “Apply Online”

• Read all of the important instructions provided and select “Apply Now”

• Fill all fields in the Applications for successfully registered.Other Details

• Does the applicant belong to PWD category or is a J&K Migrant?

• Religion

• Other entrance examinations the applicant has applied for

• Total Annual Income of the Family

• Aadhaar Number

• Bank Account Details for Financial Transaction (if any) – Name of the account holder as per the bank records, name of the bank, name of the bank branch, type of account, bank account number and IFSC Code.

 

Education Details

• Place from where the applicant passed his/her 12th/equivalent examination

• District of School/Jr. College

• Select District of Examination Center Details Required for MHT CET 2017

• Selection of subjects for CET examination

• Language for examination.

 

Step 2 – Uploading of Scanned Images

The applicants will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications given below for successful registration.

Specifications:

Step 3 – Candidature Type Details
The applicant will have to select their category as per his/her domicile. The selection has to be done as per the eligibility of the applicant from the given categories:

Maharashtra – Type A: Applicants passing S.S.C. (Std. X) and H.S.C. (Std. XII) / Diploma / B.Sc from Maharashtra State and Candidate is Domiciled / Born in the State of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra – Type B: If the applicant does not satisfy as Type A but the applicant/father or mother of the applicant is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra – Type C: Does not satisfy both Type A and Type B but the father or mother of the applicant is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India Undertaking who has posted and reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submitting the Application Form for CAP.

Maharashtra – Type D: Does not satisfy as Type A and Type B and Type C but Father or Mother of the applicant is an employee or retired employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Maharashtra Government Undertaking.

Maharashtra – Type E: Applicants qualifying S.S.C (Std. X) and/or H.S.C (Std. XII) / Diploma / B.Sc from a recognized institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother Tongue is Marathi.

OMS: Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) applicant having Indian nationality.

J&K Migrant Applicant: Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Applicant: J-1 Type / J-2 Type / J-3 Type

Foreign Students: Foreign National / Foreign Students

NRI: Non-Resident Indian (NRI) applicant.

PIO / OCI: Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

CIWGC: Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries

GoI: Government of India (GoI) Nominee applicant

 

Step 4 -Payment of Fees
After the documents are successfully uploaded, the applicants will be directed to the payment gateway.

MHT CET 2017 Application Fees:

Step 5 – Print Out of Confirmation Page
It is to be noted that the print out of the confirmation page or any documents are not to be sent to the admission committee of MHT CET 2017. After submission of the application form, the applicants will not be permitted to change their name, father’s name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID. After the successful registration, the applicants will be eligible for the entrance examination
